Getting Paid for Clicks on Websites
How do you get paid for clicks on websites? Does that sound weird — or even sketchy?
Well it’s totally a real thing, and you can actually earn cash for clicking on ads in emails or by watching promotional videos.
Keep reading below for examples of ways you can do this. You’ll find with a little bit of spare time, and some strategic clicking, you can start to accumulate credits that can be converted to either cash or gift cards.
This page contains affiliate links, which means I could receive some sort of compensation (at no cost to you) if you choose to click and/or make a purchase using my referral links.

While the Swagbucks Answer app focuses mainly on surveys, you will find many more opportunities to choose from on the actual Swagbucks website.
You can still take online surveys for cash on the site. However, there are many more ways to earn swagbucks on the website.
One of the ways to earn swagbucks on the website is by getting paid for clicks on other websites or advertisements.
There are hundreds of promotional ads on the Swagbucks site where you can earn money by clicking on them.
Some may require you to answer 1 or 2 questions along the way (more like providing your opinion, or a super-short survey.)
Others might give you even more credit if you purchase a product. Although it is very clear that making a purchase from the site isn’t a requirement in order to be a Swagbucks member.
And there are also ads where all you have to do is sit there and watch a video. You can literally just sit there with the web browser open, as advertisements continue to play.
You can do this by multi-tasking while watching TV, reading a magazine, paying your bills, you name it. As long as that video is playing in the background, you are good to go.
So what could possibly be easier than that?

Inbox Dollars –
Also see related Inbox Dollars app on Survey page.
Inbox Dollars is also both an app and a multi-functional website.
As a member of Inbox Dollars, you can sign up to receive email advertisements to your inbox, and get paid 1 cent for each email that you click on.
It’s important to note that you don’t actually have to buy anything from these emails (although that is their main purpose — they are ads, of course!)
But in order to receive credit for reading the emails, just click on the location where it says “Confirm this Paid Email”. That’s the crucial part. Because even though there are many other links in the message where you can click and learn more about the product, those other links will not pay credit to your Inbox Dollars account.
In addition, there are many other opportunities available on the Inbox Dollars website. You can earn cash by watching sponsored video content. There’s also a section for “Offers” where you earn money for clicking through and signing up for various things like online sweepstakes, monthly delivery programs and insurance quotes.
Those are just examples of the many opportunities on the Inbox Dollars website. And there is also an “Easy Cash” section with many deals that are 100% free. You can receive samples of products, or provide your opinion on well known brands through online surveys.
I’ve spent time on both the Swagbucks and Inbox Dollars websites, and can attest that you can literally lose hours of your time clicking through all of the opportunities on there.
While the possibilities are essentially endless, be sure to stay true to yourself, and don’t sign up for anything that you may regret down the road. (Pickle-of-the-Month Club, anybody??)
In other words, don’t spend money on things only to get the points. Only spend money on things you actually want. And be mindful of the time you spend on the web, since your time is your most valuable asset. People often say “Time is money”, and I agree with that whole-heartedly.
That being said, I personally know many individuals who swear by both websites, and have it down to a science. They know exactly how to make the most of their time, and which opportunities will grant them the highest payout.

So what are your thoughts? Yea or Neigh on the Click Through sites?
Are there other sites that you would recommend (or avoid like the plague?)
Do you currently belong to Swagbucks, Inbox Dollars, or both? Have you found them to be profitable?
